Because sessions are extremely limited, reschedules are accommodated on a case-by-case basis and require advance notice. Your session fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if needed.
Your portrait reveal and ordering appointment will take place immediately after your session, ensuring all decision-makers are present. If decision-makers are unable to stay, a new appointment will need to be scheduled, requiring another $500 booking fee, which will also be applied toward your artwork.

We offer two flexible financing options: Affirm Financing – Provides extended, flexible payment options and In-House Payment Plan – Requires two credit cards and is available for a three-month term only. Affirm offers more flexibility, while our in-house option provides a structured, short-term plan.
The Masterpieces take about upt to 12 weeks for completion while the Classical & ICE Pieces take about 6 to 8 weeks for completion. World-class artisans carefully craft each artwork to ensure the highest level of quality.
